Great location! Right off the Rt. 90 bridge. Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath and all the comforts of home plus more!! Fabulous views from all of main living areas and also from the master bedroom, double size balcony and an awesome rooftop pool!

Located mid town on 63rd Street just a stone's throw from the Rt. 90 entrance into Ocean City. Contactless entry allows you to pull right into town, make a left and then a quick U turn and you can begin your vacation without stopping to get a key!

Tons of space (1700 sq ft +/-) to entertain family and friends! Enjoy the sunset overlooking the bay and marsh from your double over-sized balcony. The views are gorgeous. Enjoy the rooftop pool deck that also has gorgeous views, sweeping unobstructed views. Use the gas fireplace during the off-season for year round enjoyment. Secure elevator, outdoor shower and very easy walking distance to many favorite fun things to do such as the Ocean City Tennis Center with several courts and surfaces, Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli (huge sandwiches to share), Fager's Island, Annabelle's BBQ and Creamery so much more and close to the beach!

Sleeps 7 in beds. There is also a storage unit just outside the door for you to store your sandy beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Sheets for the three main bedrooms and towel sets for 7 people are provided for your convenience and will be delivered to your door. Please bag the used items in the same bag and leave by the front door at the end of your stay. Additional sheet sets for the pull out sofa are available for an additional $15.00 and towel sets for $10.00. Let us know when you book should you desire additional items.

Welcome Packages including 1 paper towel, 2 toilet paper, one sponge, one dishwashing packet, 1 dishwashing liquid and 2 hand soaps.

Please let us know at least a week or two before your stay if you would like any of the rental packages.

Looking for things to do when not at the beach or pool? There are a multitude of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Parents and kids alike will enjoy Fish Tales on 21st Street or Macky's on 53rd, good food and fun for the kids. Alley Oops a restaurant, bar and amusement center for kids and adults alike. Two locations 55th and 131st. Just outside Ocean City is Frontier Town. This will take you back to the old west. Stop by the saloon for lunch and take in the gunfight at the OK Corral. A 10 minute drive from Ocean City will take you to Berlin, voted America's Coolest Small Town. Antique and specialty shops abound. Stop by the Atlantic Hotel. Built in the early 1900's and lovingly restored to it's original glory. Enjoy lunch or dinner or just sit on the front porch in a rocker and sip a nice cool drink while watching everyone stroll by.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was roomy with a nice decor, comfy beds and awesome AC. The short walk to the beach was appreciated by all of us. The building was very secure also.

We had a lovely stay. Our first family vacation since 2020. Location was perfect. A few short blocks to the beach. We didn’t have a key to lock the storage closet in the hallway but no one touches your stuff so it was fine. Loved having a washer and dryer especially when traveling with a baby. A high chair would have been helpful for meals but we managed. The apartment was beautiful and big. The cleaning services could do a better job with cleaning bathrooms and under the couches. We spent a lot of time on the floor with our crawling grandson and it a toy rolled under the couch it was pretty dirty. It really wasn’t anything to bring to the attention of property manager but just an observation. The kitchen was great for cooking! All in all we had a fabulous time in OC!

Overall Great Stay!

Great location with a nice waterfront view. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the wildlife and boats. Close to the beach/boardwalk and other activities. The only reason this location didn't get 5 stars is because the unit didn't appear to have a general cleaning. There was a lot of hair on the couch, hair in the hallway shower, and the hallway sink and mirror had not been wiped down. Additionally, one of the TVs in the bedrooms was not hooked up. On a positive note, communication with Ann was excellent and she responded quickly to an issue we had at the unit.
