Located 300 m from the Allier river, this gîte is housed in a beautiful character house including another gîte (H43G006297) with entrance and independent and opposite outdoor spaces (back to back). Its location is ideal for lovers of fishing, relaxing along the river 200 m away (unsupervised swimming) and relaxing on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²). The cottage has a garage, an enclosed courtyard of 75 m² with a paved terrace of 20 m². Near : St-Ilpize 3 km (village, remains of the castle), Vialette beach 3km away with bar-grill, tennis and games for children Blassac 5 km (church, murals), Lavoûte-Chilhac 7 km (Clunisian priory, bridge over the Allier, white water sports), Brioude 15 km (basilica, Hôtel de la Dentelle, old quarters, salmon house, weekly market, all shops and services). On the ground floor, a large games room with ping-pong table and games for children, a fishing room and a laundry room equipped with a shower area.
