Great space and location

Space is exactly as pictured. East check-in/out. Great balcony overlooking the water. We saw manatees and dolphins right from our room.

Perfect Stat

We loved our stay at Sunrise resort!!! When they say come stay with the Manatees- they are not kidding!!! So cool to watch them with the sunrise every morning and then go to the front porch and enjoy sunsets every night!!! Just the right size for the four of us and everything we needed! The place was meticulously clean and attention to detail at the pool and grounds was apparent everywhere! We have nothing bad to say and would 100% stay again!!!

Great trip to sunny cool Florida

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time & enjoyed visits from family and with friends in the area. It was very cool in the evenings but condo was comfortable & heat worked. Also took some trips to see local attractions which included Fort DeSoto Park & Sunset Key Park plus Boyd Hill Nature Center(recommend you take the guided tour)
