HURRICANE DAMAGE UPDATE! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Our area was hit by two Hurricanes, Ian and Nicole in the fall of 2022. The Sanibel building was inspected and deemed safe by the engineers, however, the pool & hot tub remain closed at this time while a new sea wall is being rebuilt. The Beach is still easily accessible via a public beach ramp located right outside of the underground garage doors. you can see the Ocean from almost every room and the 2 guest bedrooms have a view of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Living area and All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and there is a seperate Den area with a sleeper sofa and its own television as well.
