Lovely Stay!

The property is as described, and even more beautiful than the pictures. A very tranquil and peaceful place to stay with a stream out back. Comfortable sleeping conditions and furniture with a very well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with host. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay there again!

Hudson Trip

Nice secluded spot and quiet. Enjoyed seeing the various Hudson Valley Mansions. Because it is a nice secluded spot you do need to be prepared to drive a ways for restaurants in Rhinebeck and Millbrook.

Quaint, eclectic creekside home

We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the home. Listening to the creek so relaxing. Everything was as advertised. The pictures don't do the home justice.

cottage on the stream

The cottage is picturesque. You can hear the stream from every room. It is totally serene. We felt like we were transported away. We definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone looking to get away and enjoy peace and quiet.

Brookside Sanctuary

We were enthralled with the beauty of this place, from the landscaping, the location, the architecture and the details within the house and outside. Every where we looked we found art, texture, comfort, serenity. We had nice weather and enjoyed relaxing on the lower deck, listening to the birds, the babbling brook, and soaking up the calm serenity. Deborah was a wonderfully thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed for our comfort. There was so much to see and appreciate in every corner and nook of the property. I can't believe it took several days before I realized the roses on the hearth were real, they were so beautiful and perfect.
