Stunning 1/2 acre on Shawnigan lake, enjoy sandy beach, sunny private dock plus lots of fun on the water. Living room offers wood fireplace, great workable kitchen, separate dining room all have views of the lake, lovely out door patio with bbq which is just steps to the lake. Master is very spacious with a separate shower 3 piece en-suite. 2 more good size bedrooms plus a 4 piece main bathroom with separate tub and shower. Full size washer and dryer. Lower offers a 1 bedroom suite with separate entrance and patio. Out door fire pit. Huge fenced yard. TV, internet. Bring your boat enjoy supplied kayaks, fishing rods. Great location for day trips. Property is located in a quite peacful neighbourhood. Winter rates available.

Our Second Visit to this Lovely Home

This is such a wonderful place for a family visit. The house is beautiful with lots of bedrooms, lots of living room and dining room seating and wonderful little touches like lanterns, blankets and towels for use outside. The views of the lake are absolutely gorgeous, looking out of the giant floor to ceiling windows. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked. We hope to stay again in the future.

Relaxing lake views

A comfortable home for enjoying the lake and excellent location for exploring the surrounding area. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. And the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful location on Shawnigan Lake

My family with adukt children stayed at this beautiful lake property over a long holiday weekend in May. It was quiet, private and very comfortable. All of the necessary amenities and extras including kyaks and lovely fire pit in the evening made for a very relaxing weekend! We all really enjoyed our stay. We would all highly recommend this property for people looking for a get-away weekend on a small but easily accessed lake near Victoria.

Why they chose this property

Very private with lots of space between the docks, 350 feet of Lake front, fenced yard. lower level is a one bedroom suite with its own Living room, kitchen bath and bedroom . Great for wheelchairs.

What makes this property unique

There is only 5 homes on the little street offering peace and quiet there is llots of privacy between docks and other homes for you to enjoy your own space.
