4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, sleeps 11. Four-bedroom condo in a very convenient location, just park your car and walk to the beach, boardwalk, and all the best that Ocean City has to offer. The spacious first floor boasts a wide-open floor plan with a large fully-stocked kitchen. The first bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a large closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The large master has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and beautiful king bed. Two and a half baths are on the same floor as the bedrooms. Downstairs there is a fully enclosed full-sized outside bath. Full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and board are included.

Linens, paper products, and towels are NOT INCLUDED.

Chairs, buckets, shovels, beach toys, and foam bodyboards are provided as a convenience as well as the use of a wagon to carry beach items.

We are two blocks from the tennis courts, two blocks from the high school track, and a few short blocks to the Bay for our beautiful sunsets! Walk a few steps to Positively 4th Street for amazing morning coffee. Save room for dessert, we're right next door to Annie's Carousel Ice Cream!

Perfect

We take our family vacation to OC every summer and this was one of the best! We loved the location, the house was prefect, and we would definitely rent again! It had everything we needed, the ice cream shop next door was a hit, and it was 2 blocks from the beach. Everything was great!

Overall A Nice Vacation

It’s always a fun time in OCNJ, regardless of weather! The location of the house was great and the large front porch was perfect. It was nice to have games available for the family to play as well as TVs in every room. There were a few minor issues here and there that comes with normal wear and tear on a rental property that could use attention: broken chairs, torn outside cushions, bathroom tubs that don’t drain, washing machine with a mold smell, and visible mold around the rubber ring, and a dishwasher that leaks and constantly needing to fix the rubber stopper around the perimeter of the dishwasher. It was nice that we did not need to bring our own beach chairs as there were ample for us to choose from. It was also nice to have beach carts however one of the carts needs to be replaced. While having the bikes were nice touch many if not all are in need of repair and were unusable. Lastly, while it did say on the counter that there was a gift for us there was no gift left. The thought and intention was there though. It would’ve been great if the gift was beach tags! I would advise having a recycling receptacle outside for just your unit. When we arrived, we needed to remove all of the recycling from plastic bags from the previous tenants. Plus, sharing recycling bin with both the upstairs unit and the downstairs unit creates for a very quick overflow. Overall, this home is a beautiful home and the location to local shops, the beach, and the boardwalk cannot be beat!

Great Week at a Great Home!

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful property. Walking distance to everything you’d need. Check in process and communication were excellent. The 3.5 bathrooms, bikes and beach chairs are great perks. Kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook meals. The front porch was a great place to hang out with a cup of coffee and enjoy the weather. We loved the Island Grill and Oves for dinner. Also the breakfast spot on 4th has great sandwiches and drinks. Overall this is an amazing property and definitely worth booking.

PERFECT LOCATION!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our large family. It was well appointed, super clean, and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably. The location was absolutely perfect!!! It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, AND was also within walking distance to all of the awesome shops on Asbury… not to mention, there was a great ice cream shop just two doors down and two different coffee shops only a block away! The check in process was also easy and convenient and the front porch was delightful!! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent first floor condo!

We loved staying at this house! It's very clean, organized, quite roomy, and has so many wonderful amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample space for groceries and anything else you bring along. Provided in the garage are beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and beach toys. We have 3 young children and the walk to the beach from here is not bad at all. The front porch is a great place to relax. Annie's ice cream two doors down is a great treat, too! The owner is responsive and friendly! Great choice for your stay in OCNJ!

Perfect week at the beach weather wise

The first red flag was a snippy retort when I asked the owner a question and was directed to her website. On arrival at the house I received an email with the code at approximately 1:10pm. Checking is at 3pm. Our grandsons needed to use the bathroom. I received a text from Jennifer to call her. “I need you to vacate the property immediately.” Was an extra hour and a half out of the question? We were renting for a week. I assume hospitality is included in the rent. Apparently not. The house was beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities were accurate However it’s a quarter mile walk to the beach and that’s being generous. Also slightly deceiving is you are not renting the entire house. Upstairs is another owner.Thank you, Ed you are a fantastic property manager. Jennifer, I assume you are not a customer service person.

Loved the place! So new and clean, love the layout, decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable. Great location. It's fun to watch the people line up in the evenings for ice cream at the awesome ice cream shop two doors down. My family found their new favorite ice cream. Phenomenal Experience in a Perfect Property

House was extremely clean up on arrival. Totally stocked with everything you could possibly one of the beach (chairs boogie boards bikes sand toys). Absolutely loved having the downstairs shower so that we could get all sand off before entering upstairs into the property. Front porch was terrific to sit out at night and read. Being so close to the ice cream shop made for a delightful extra treat each day. Proximity to the boardwalk was absolutely outstanding, and there is a terrific cross breeze that comes down Atlantic Avenue, and we never had bugs or significant heat at all when sitting outside. Can’t think of a single thing we’d wished was different. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We did not want to leave!!

Beautiful, clean and Comfy home!

We had an amazing time in this lovely home with our family. The location was convenient, especially being located next to Annie’s Carousel ice cream. We were able to enjoy the ice cream with our grandchildren on this home’s beautiful front deck. The complementary bikes worked out perfect for us. We had a great time in Ocean City. The house was just as described/shown. The downstairs bathroom was perfect for after the beach and so much better than some of the outdoor showers we have seen. The house was very well stocked and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful house and location.

We had a great time in this house for our annual shore trip. We were pleasantly surprised at the availability of bikes, beach chairs, and towels and toiletries throughout, which took the way the anxiety of forgetting to bring stuff. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and made us feel welcome. Would come back here for sure.

Positive stay

The only thing I would change about this property is the front door has no windows blinds or curtains for privacy. So at night it’s a little weird having people look straight in at you especially since it’s the main living space where everyone gathers. Not only at night, but in the morning the sun came shining in so hard at our faces. It just would’ve been nice to have the option to close the blinds on the front door like their side door. Enjoyed the house!!!

Family Getaway

Our family celebrated our dad's birthday over the Teacher's Convention weekend with extended family. The house was comfortable for three generations to enjoy time together. Ocean City New Jersey Golf

3 friends and myself decided to see if we could put together a quick 4 day, 3 night golf trip down near Ocean City, NJ. I found this great townhouse, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms on Atlantic Ave in Ocean City. The townhouse was beautiful with a nice kitchen and ample living room space for watching sports at night! The gront porch was great and we spent time sitting outside and enjoying the nice weather! It was a wonderful place to stay snd I would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!!
