Cabin “upgraded”

There was some confusion about my booking. I thought the cabin I booked was available as advertised and understood there was pipe damage last season. Days before my trip I was told it wasn’t available due to pipe damage and asked if I still wanted to come or reschedule, also that I would be upgraded. It was a downgrade. Nice views but did not enjoy the cabin. Felt catfished.

35th Anniversary Trip

We can’t say enough good things about this cozy little place! The fall foliage was beautiful from the awesome views! The check in & check out process was easy & went smooth. Easy to find with the directions given. Look forward to staying there again the next time we visit Eureka Springs.
