Cleanliness Unsatisfactory

We loved the location and setup of this rental, however, upon arrival, realized that it had been cleaned but not to any kind of standard. Crumbs all over the floor, baseboards that looked like they had never been wiped down, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes pulled out from the cupboard, dirt filled hot tub, burnt out lightbulbs, horribly dirty air filter and dust caked fans/lights. We contacted the property manager and she was instantly defensive, saying we had choked in early (which we did, about 30 minutes because everything was unlocked and open) but that it’s our fault because the “inspector” couldn’t come over and fix those things and would have. It was clear that the cleanliness standard is not up to par, the manager was unwilling to work with us and in fact tried to get us to leave instead, and overall just didn’t care about charging good money for a less than rental.

Great house, awesome location.

Very comfortable stay with 3 couples. We each had our own bathrooms. The location was so awesome to be two blocks away from old mill district.

This home was perfect for our family. It was really clean and well cared for. Wonderful place to celebrated our belated Christmas with family. Great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our family would love to stay there again.

Terrific location and well designed townhouse

The property manager is easy to work with and responds quickly. The property is designed to be spacious and light filled. There is a small park just down the street that is perfect for pet owners. The property is well stocked and the location puts you a short walk to the Mill District. We will come again!!
