Welcome to our beautiful house located in a quiet subdivision 500m from the sea.

Its 96m2 surface area and 100m2 enclosed garden can easily accommodate 8 people.

This bright (non-smoking), fully-equipped and fully-renovated house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends on vacation in the area.

Très belle maison fonctionnelle et généreuse

Maison de grand standing tant dans la décoration que dans la fonctionnalité. Elle dégage la générosité du Propriétaire, très réactif, que nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un environnement très calme. Pouvoir se rendre à pieds dans les commerces de proximité à SAINTE-MARIE S/MER ou à vélo (3 laissés à disposition) jusqu'au Supermarché (10") était, également, un vrai plus. Se rendre à PORNIC par la plage à Marée basse est possible pour les marcheurs (45"). Pas besoin de voiture ;p Nous recommandons, vivement, cette maison très confortable, idéalement, située avec un jardin orienté plein Sud.
