Great location, great communication

This was a very nice place. Lots of info provided prior to the stay, so we knew exactly what to expect and when - no anxiety about when we'd get the door code, etc. Unit was spacious and clean, with nice provisions - such as a a few loads of detergent, garbage bags, etc. It's right on the beach, which is awesome, and balconies are made in such a way that you don't see neighbors or other buildings, looks like it's just you. Building is mid-island, so lots to do both north and south, nothing is far away. We'd definitely consider going back. Perhaps the only thing that would be nice to add would be some beach chairs / beach umbrella for guest use.

Couldn't ask for anything more -- The condo was spotless, nicely updated and furnished, convenient, and everything worked (unlike some we have rented)! Bed in master was super comfy, with luxurious linens. Communication from Stay Better Vacations was awesome -- down to warning in advance that there would be a test of the fire alarm. Especially appreciated not having to do a lot of cleaning pre-checkout!

Great condo

Ketch Courtyard 303 was a great vacation experience. The unit was clean and well appointed. The beach was easily accessible and a treat to watch from the balcony and living room. The listing was accurate. Stay Better Vacations was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Response to questions was almost immediate. I highly recommend Stay Better Vacations and will definitely use them again.

From the time of asking questions prior to booking, all the way until the end, Stacie and the team with Stay Better Vacations were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The rental was spotless and beautiful, with great ocean front views. They provided helpful area information and quickly responded to any questions. Our 3 and 5 year old loved everything about staying here, and we would not hesitate to book here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed 19 nights In November. The Condo was clean and accommodating the Main bed was comfortable. Fernandina Beach is a quiet community in November. Amelia Island is a Gem, The trees and flora are beautiful. Would stay here again.

A great spot on the beach

The condo had a great view of the ocean. The building has about 30 units, so it is nice a quiet. The beach was not crowded at all. There is an elevator and some carts to help move in and out. The condo was comfortable and a very nice environment.

The condo was perfect for our group (4). The kitchen is well equipped. The living room and bedrooms are very comfortable. The best part? The view from the good size balcony! We love Amelia Island and can't wait to return!

Perfect Amelia Island getaway!

Rent this condo! This place was the perfect launch pad for four girlfriends to celebrate one of our big birthdays. This place had everything we needed: a full beach view to catch the sunrise and comfy furniture for late-night lounging. We enjoyed the well-stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen and the 2 br/ba layout. With easy access to the beach, we could leave our rented beach chairs and umbrellas (Riptide gives a discount for staying here) and come in for lunch and drinks. Check out quaint downtown Fernandina Beach for dinner plus Nana Teresa's bake shop for dessert. We can't wait to come back!
