About this property

The perfect setting to create lasting memories: a historic 3000 square-foot home in downtown Charlevoix with wrap-around porch to play, eat and drink together. Charming and beautifully updated, this home will feel like a special space for family to gather, a classic summer cottage. We offer you everything that you will need during your visit - fully equipped kitchen, comfy linens, Wi-Fi, cable television, and a swing for the porch. A large grassy side yard to play in and plenty of parking! Lake Michigan is around the corner!

We have a first floor bathroom, all four bedrooms are upstairs with an additional full bathroom.

This was with our adult kids for christmas..

Nice house. Nice location. Very comfortable. Any time i had a question the host answered back in a matter of minutes. Thank you it was great to have great guest service......

Fall vacation

Everything was great!! Arrived really late and owner had all lights on to make our arrival easy to manage. Home located in great area to walk to town and had all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.
