This home has expansive water views in one of New Zealand's most sought after holiday locations. Whether it's fishing (including big game), other water sports, or just relaxing on the deck taking in the view, this place has it all.

The master bedroom contains an ensuite and opens onto the deck with excellent water views. The second bedroom on the opposite side of the house also opens onto the deck with harbour views.

Minimum 3 day booking required at all times.

Please note that a one-off cleaning charge of $90 per stay will apply to all bookings of less than 5 days.

Linen is either available for hire at $20 per person per stay or is BYO.

Sophia’s Rest

Superb property, excellent layout for two couples. Views are magnificent with huge deck to enjoy whilst socialising. All the accoutrements for a relaxing stay.

Relaxing Sea breeze Bliss

Cant fault this amazing house, incredible location with cooling breeze of the water making it just the perfect relaxing holiday any family could want. Extremely quiet, incredibly relaxing, perfectly located for travelling the entire Bay of Islands.

Ian and Sophia's property is beautiful. The view is amazing and so peaceful The property is exceptionally well kept The home was is very clean and you really feel like it is your home for the time you are there. There is nothing more that you would require - the kitchen is fully equipped, the BBQ was great, the furniture both inside and out was also great. Our stay was absolutely wonderful Thank you Ian and Sophia for opening up your home to us.
