Visit our traditional 18th century large stone house, 4000 sq ft of history. 3 stories of beautiful stone walls and architecture. 6 beautiful bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, 2 are en-suite. Enjoy grape & olive oil harvest in Marche, go truffle hunting, wine and cheese tours and tastings, arrival dinner available. You can purchase wine from our house manager so you don't have to run around looking to buy it. Enjoy the many local festivals in our village and the many other surrounding villages.

Children must be supervised at all times as the swimming pool is not fenced and the house has 2 set of steep stairs. There is a crib but it is old.

maison très agréable, site magnifique

Le site est splendide et reposant. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée. Une climatisation du second étage serait bienvenue avec ces fortes chaleurs. Piscine et équipement très complet: chaises longues espaces différents selon l'ombre de la journée, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Einsam und schön, Handwerkerstau

Die telefonische Verabredung zur Übergabe funktionierte hervorragend und wir wurden freundlich durch das Haus geleitet. Mit weitem Blick über die Landschaft und einen stetigen Lüftchen zum Abkühlen ist die Lage hervorragend. 11 Personen haben genügend Platz im und um das Haus herum. Ein Highlight ist der Pool, der zunächst auf den Bildern klein wirkt, jedoch in der Realität allen Ansprüchen gerecht wird, insbesondere weil der in einem Teil eine Vertiefung von ca. 1,80 cm hat. Die Liegen entsprechen der Anzahl der möglichen Bewohnenden und erscheinen neu. Damit hätte das Haus die Qualitäten einer vollen Stern-Bewertung. Wären da nicht der handwerkliche Bedarf zur Überarbeitung und die unglückliche Aufteilung beider Küchen. Die Küchen befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Stock. Was die eine hat hat die andere nicht, so dass ständig zwischen beiden Küchen ein reger Austausch stattfinden muss. Die größere Küche oben hat keinen Geschirrspüler aber einen größen Arbeitsplatz, die untere für 11 Personen nur einen 40cm breiten Geschirrspüler und den größeren Kühlschrank. Das Geschirr hat keine Systematik, so dass als Lösung für uns, der Wohnzimmertisch als Geschirrablage diente, damit während des Aufenthalts das notwendige Geschirr erreichbar ist. Hier sollte dringend ein vernünftiges Konzept her. Ärgerlicher sind jedoch die vielen kleinen handwerklichen Mängel (lose und unsaubere Toilettendeckel, Steckdosen die nicht funktionieren, zerschlissene Mückengitter die durch einen herbeigerrufenen Handwerker notdürftig mit Klebeband geflickt wurden, eine Wasserhan der abfiel, defekte Duschbrausenhalterungen, unsaubere Duschvorhänge die mal ausgetauscht gehören, Betten deren Rahmen fixiert werden sollten und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten mehr). Mit ein wenig Aufwand und Sorgfalt und stetigem Bemühen wäre dass einfach zu lösen und würde keinen Unmut bei den Gästen auslösen. Es ist auch müßig für den Gast, alle Mängel zu melden. Würde hierauf geachtet wäre die Zufriedenheit der Gäste größer und das Haus hätte wahrlich 1a Qualitäten.

Casa accogliente e spaziosa

Siamo stati a Casa Tre Querce per cinque giorni a cavallo di Capodanno. La casa è grande e spaziosa, eravamo in 12 e siamo stati molto comodi. La zona giorno è calda e accogliente e l'abbiamo sfruttata al massimo. Abbiamo avuto qualche inconveniente con il riscaldamento, ma Krizia è stata super disponibile e gentile nonostante fosse un giorno di festa. La casa è molto bella, pulita e lontana da altre abitazioni. Perfetta per un gruppo di amici!!!

After spending over 6 years living in Italy and the 18 months prior to that in SE Asia we have recently moved back to the US for medical treatments. We own 3 International properties, 2 in Italy and one in Costa Rica.

We have 8 grown children and 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. They have all spent time in Costa Rica at our home and so we know your children will love it as well.

Why they chose this property

Le Marche, Italy in one Region “If one had to decide which Italian landscape was the most typical, you’d have to choose the Marche …with its range of landscapes, it is a distillation of Italy.” Guido Piovene, Viaggio in Italia, 1957 The central region of Marche is a well guarded secret, but once you discover it you are completely captivated and mesmerized by its beauty, just as we are.

The region is bordered in the west by the Apennine mountain range with ski resorts and hiking trails. Between the Apennines and the Adriatic coast is a glorious hilly landscape with traditional farming of cereals, vineyards, olive groves and sunflowers. Every few kilometres you come across pretty hilltop villages, fields of gold, sparkling rivers and lakes, castles, fortresses and medieval walled towns.

The 180km of Adriatic coastline is lined with a stretch of spectacular blue flag beaches. The Blue Flag program is a voluntary eco-label awarded for beaches and marinas with strict criteria dealing with water quality, environmental management and safety information.

The region is full of history, art and culture with Romanesque and Renaissance churches, abbeys, monasteries and sanctuaries surrounded by sweet, gentle hills. Many of the greatest architects, artists and writers of the Renaissance period were from Le Marche - Raffaello Sanzio (Raphael), Donato Bramante, Rossini, Giacomo Leopardi and Gentile da Fabriano. Just 10 Mins from the house is one of the many. Roman Ruins that you can vist in Le Marche.

What makes this property unique

You will be renting the entire 4000 sq ft home and over 2 acres of land right in the middle of the real Italy. We have neighbors on all sides that are farmers that grow, wheat for the pasta or sunflowers. It will be a truly relaxing and inspiring experience.
