Talk about luxury! This spacious, lakefront home is just the place to take the entire gang for a memorable vacation to the beauty of Bear Lake! With accommodations for 20 lucky guests, no one will have to stay home on this trip! When guests arrive, they will immediately slip into relaxation mode, as there are all the comforts of home and more. This home is full of high-end finishings and plush furnishings in each room, so everyone can find their own favorite spot to kickback. Before heading out for a lake day mere steps away, brew a fresh pot of coffee, and step out to the furnished deck boasting an uninterrupted view of the water to enjoy breakfast as the morning chill burns off. When everyone returns from their own version of adventure, the gourmet kitchen awaits with a gas range and granite countertops, making meal prep a breeze! For those who don't feel like leaving the comfort of home, the upper deck offers a perfect place to soak up the sun with lounge chairs, and a soak in the private hot tub is always a good idea. Plus, the patio area is just the place to fire up the gas grill and enjoy a cookout while getting a break from the heat. As the day comes to a close, gather with loved ones and settle down with a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV as everyone cuddles up on the large sectional sofa or retreats to their own room for the night.

With seven bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and three different levels, this getaway will provide plenty of space to spread out. The main floor of the home features the first bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a twin bed. Head upstairs and you will find four more bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, the third bedroom contains a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Make your way down the hall and you will be greeted by two more bedrooms, the left containing a queen bed and the right containing two full beds. Another full bathroom is located next to these bedrooms. Walk around the corner and there is another bedroom with a king bed and a double-vanity bathroom attached to the workout room.

Make the best lake memories and start each day on glassy waters as the sun comes up! If you didn't bring your boat along, the marina offers boat rentals less than a mile from your front door! When you need a break from wakeboarding or fishing on crystal clear water, Garden City has everything from a great cup of coffee to a tasty meal to curb appetites. For a few local favorites, try out LaBeau's, Bear Trapper Restaurant, or Firehouse Pizzeria!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
