About this property

Beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo just outside of Lely Resort. Vaulted ceilings for more spacious feel. High speed WiFi and 3 Cable Smart TVs with 200 cable channels. A quiet 3rd floor condo with a private, peaceful view from a lanai with a triple sliding door to open up to the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, ready for the beach
Location just 15 minutes away from many amazing white sandy beaches of Naples and Marco Island. Historic Naples and 5th Avenue with fine dining and shops just 15 minutes away or choose a walk to a very close restaurant or coffee house. Everglades City is just a 30 minutes drive. Within walking distance you will find Freedom Square that houses Publix Super Market, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Outback Steak House, Texas Road House, McDonalds, Chase Bank, Bank Of America and more.
Parking is right near the elevator for convenience. The outside access elevator is just down from our entry door for easy access but you'll never hear that elevator!
We have 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds. Three televisions, one in each bedroom and one in main living area, to choose from 200 cable channels or internet viewing.
We have you ready for the beach with 4 beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and cooler for take along lunch, beverages and snacks and a wagon to pull it all!
Washer and dryer is in the condo unit.
Very well stocked kitchen as well. 12 cup coffee maker and a K-cup coffee maker as well and we try to keep the coffee supplied. Pantry usually has dry foods and snacks.
Extra paper towel and TP in walk in closet or pantry. Pots and pans, plates, cups, towels and more!
Everything you need to relax and enjoy Florida sunshine, shopping and great food! But you may just want to enjoy the peace and quiet of this very comfortable condo!! Truly a place of escape on its own.

Perfect place for our annual getaway

Another wonderful stay at Marco Island Breeze! Beautiful, well equipped, comfortable condo. We especially love the coffee bar in the morning before we head to the beach! We will be back in April!

Beautiful condo in a great location

My family had an amazing time spending a week here. A lot of trips to a variety of beaches in the area and plenty of other activities in town to keep us busy. Lots of time just enjoyed hanging out by the beautiful pool at the condo, as well. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely 2 weeks! So hard to leave.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. Went to the beach every day! Enjoyed the beautiful pool with the waterfall. The condo had all the comforts of home. Can’t wait to return!

Has every and anything you could need. Close to tons of dining options, and multiple beaches. Came with every beach going item you can think of and has a great pool area if you’re just staying close Very clean and comfortable with anything you need in the kitchen. Relaxing, quiet, everything you need for a vacay

Needing a break from cloudy, cold Midwest weather I headed down to Naples. I wanted a good mix of beach, quiet, and nearby places to explore. I found all that and more here! The host was very communicative and replied to any questions I had. Everything I needed to enjoy my stay was provided - from kitchen to beach. Nearby stores had anything else I would want. The condo, grounds and pool were spotless. Lots to explore within a 10-30 minute drive radius: beach, museum, kayaking, sunset boat tours and more. Easy drive from the airport. The host has many ideas too. I can’t wait to go back.

Peaceful, sunny place to stay

This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. It was a peaceful, sunny place to stay. The property was very clean as other reviews described, and the coffee bar was just perfect for all the coffee lovers out there like us. The directions for how to access the condo were clear and easy to follow. The layout of the space is really conducive to casual visiting with your family yet there is room to retreat if you need a quiet moment. The lanai is the best place for morning coffee, mealtime, reading and more. The condo is very near a large grocery store and dining options. We felt safe on the property and safe while taking evening walks, though as a female I wouldn't recommend doing so by yourself at night - just to be on the safe side. Marco Island is an easy drive but beware parking is very limited on the island during season. It was also an easy drive to the Everglades, which was one of our favorite excursions. There's also a large shopping mall within 20 minutes. That said, just hanging out by the pool was also one of our favorite activities, and the grounds were very well kept. I would 100% stay here again!

Nice condo in great location to explore Naples area

Check in was simple and condo was very clean. Third floor unit but elevator right there if anyone doesn't want to use the stairs. This was a great stay for our family and we'll absolutely look to return when planning our next trip to Florida.

Great Hosts Great place!

The location was perfect. Close to everything. We enjoyed going to the Marco Island beach during our stay. Hosts thought of everything, and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants beaches and places to go. We definitely would go back again!

Fantastic place!!

Very clean. They supplied chairs, boogie boards, cooler, wagon. Great stores and restaurants close by. Pool was nice and clean. Area was quiet. Grounds were well kept. The people were friendly. Lots of beaches to choose from to visit. We will be returning again

Amazing Condo

This was our fourth time staying is this condo and we will keep coming back! It’s perfect, from the wonderful coffee bar to the beautiful view. The pool is a favorite activity, and Marco Island’s South Beach is so close we went every day! The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Our daughter loves her room with its own tv. The condo is so centrally located. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated. We truly love our time there, even when we stay “in” for the day.

Very nice condo and a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather was perfect, and the condo really exceeded expectations. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything a person would need for a relaxing vacation. The location was walking distance to many restaurants and stores and was a short drive to many more. We spent time in Naples and Marco Island and even took in a spring training game in Fort Myers. In and around Marco Island was our favorite destination. Judy was always available to answer our questions was very attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to returning next winter!

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

We booked this location to stay at for our honeymoon!💗 The stay was exactly as expected. The condo was clean, well stocked with items for the beach such as towels, a wagon, beach toys, etc. We went all over the place on our trip, to Orlando to visit Universal and Disney, over to St. Pete and Venice, but our favorite was just a 20 minute drive from the condo to Marco Island. We ate at a restaurant that they recommended called CJs on the Bay, it was absolutely delicious!!! We enjoyed visiting multiple different beaches while we were there. The condo owners were available if needed, recommend plenty of restaurants and places/beaches to visit, and are very kind. The condo was close in location to restaurants, stores, and beaches. Many beaches in Naples were still closed due to the hurricane so we spent all beach days at Marco Island. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend booking this location!😊

Location, location, location!!!

Our Vrbo stay was absolutely perfect in the absolute perfect place. Whether you are going to Naples or Marco Island, this Vrbo is just off the intersection of US Hwy 41 and Collier Blvd making you 10-20 minutes away from anything you would possibly want to do. Or stay on the property and enjoy the decent sized pool with waterfall or hot tub which also has a screened in bath house. A short walk will take you to Starbucks, Dunkin, or even a Publix Market. The unit is on the third floor with elevator. Cathedral ceilings, spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area to include screened in lanai with more seating. I don’t think there is anything the hosts could have done to make it better. They had thought of everything and have everything you need to make your stay an amazing one. Going to the beach? Coolers, chairs, umbrella, sand mat, noodles, boogies boards, towels, etc provided along with a collapsible wagon to get it all there. Their communication from beginning to end was prompt and courteous. I almost do not even want to leave this review as it might make reserving my next stay there more difficult and keep this secret to myself. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our vacation immensely. The condo is centrally located to amazing beaches, entertainment and shopping The condo and pool were were well kept and in neighborhood where we felt very comfortable walking at anytime day or night Any questions or needs were addressed by the host in a prompt and professional manner The condo was furnished with everything we needed to be in a home away from home We will definitely utilize the condo for any future vacations to the Naples/Marcos Island area

Unbeatable Location In Paradise

We spent a month in this lovely condo, which is ideally situated on the 3rd floor (or 2nd floor if you are from the UK) and enjoys seclusion close to the nature-filled woodland that borders the back of the wonderful Coral Falls. This meant we had daily visits to the nearby trees from woodpeckers, blue jays, red-shouldered hawks and doves to entertain us. The woodland also ensures the balcony remains cool enough to enjoy for most of the day and is a lovely location for meals. The condo itself is comfortably furnished and well-equipped, with giant TVs in all rooms and much-valued detachable shower heads. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped and cooking meals in it was no problem. The beds were a little on the small size for us large people, but our skinny kids didn't notice. Judy was great at communications - always responsive and making check-in and -out a doddle. A great stay in a lovely condo. Thanks, Judy!

Could not have found a better Host and accommodations for our 16 nights in Beautiful Naples.

Would recommend this property to anyone..... actually we did to people we met on our holiday and anyone who asked about where we stayed, the accommodating host and their great location and condo. Perfect walking distance to Shopping, pick up Groceries, eating out, Cocktails, etc. We were going to rent a car during our stay, but didn't need to. Everything you need is walking distance and if you wanted the beach, nightlife or dining downtown, UBER was close at hand so you didn't have to drive, plus having friends at the next resort with a vehicle didn't hurt. Definitely looking towards booking there again. Thank you Judy for the very enjoyable stay and your wonderful accommodations.

Looking for a place my family could enjoy making great memories in Florida. Grateful to have found this quiet corner condo unit for times when we can't be at the beach. We love playing games and watching movies if we can't be beachside or shopping.

Why they chose this property

We really like the central location of this Coral Falls Resort. We can walk to dinner or for coffee if we want. Though there are great shopping and restaurants very close it's also a very short drive to all that Naples and Marco Island have. We really enjoy the variety of both. Since we will have only a few weeks here a year it's nice that it's a rental so others can enjoy what we've been blessed with.

What makes this property unique

This is an end condo unit so it is very quiet and private. There's a beautiful wooded view from the lanai, no cars or foot traffic. Great spot for morning coffee and quiet time! It has everything we need for extended stays as a family. The shopping and restaurants so close if needed. We just like everything about its central location and peacefulness.
