You'll be surrounded by new wall art, new throw pillows, a new sleeper sofa and chairs, and new USB wall outlets to make your stay just a little bit easier and more comfortable. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all sorts of thoughtful updates, from the new toaster to the brand-new dishwasher.

At night, you'll sleep soundly on new, hotel-quality mattresses in both bedrooms, with the primary bedroom offering a repainted bathroom and the guest bathroom featuring a new grab handle in the shower. The Ciboney complex sits just across Scenic Gulf Drive from the beach, so you can easily reach the white sugar sand (with a private gate code) to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking. If you're looking to hit the links, you'll find the Emerald Bay Golf Club and the Golf Garden of Destin just over a mile north. This condo also enjoys a prime location for shopping and dining, with the Silver Sands Premium Outlets two miles east, Destin Commons three miles west, and all sorts of beachfront eateries along Scenic Gulf Drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
