One Virginia Avenue is considered Rehoboth's premiere location. The building is oceanfront with a guarded pool, sundeck, library, laundry and key-secured underground parking. Step out of the building to the boardwalk and beach. This south facing one bedroom condo has breath taking views of the city of Rehoboth, the boardwalk, and the Atlantic Ocean. The unit will sleep 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa.

This is a quiet building ideally located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The walking paths around Lake Gerar are minutes away. The north end of the boardwalk is quiet, the beach is guarded during the summer season. Despite the quiet location, the hustle and bustle of the south boardwalk and the shops and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth are a short 5-minute walk away. One Virginia requires a one-week minimum stay with Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the summer months.

Rehoboth Beach Oceanview Condo

Everything was great and as advertised. The only thing is that I forgot to mention that I was afraid of heights. So I didn't get a chance to sit on the balcony, but did enjoy the view from inside the condo.

Condo was exactly as advertised, and a great find! Perfect location!!! It was within walking distance to everything in town… a giant bonus, because finding parking is a challenge!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there, and will hopefully be able to return next summer.

Quiet, Beachfront Condo

Great beachfront condo for a couple. Nice updated kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Convenient location on the boardwalk, within easy walking distance to restaurants.

Our families have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over 30 years. We love the beach, shops, restaurants, and outlets. We bought this condo specifically for it's easy access to beach and boardwalk. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Location, location, location. The building is directly on the boardwalk and the beach. It has great views from the balcony of the beach, ocean, and city of Rehoboth. It is a short walk to the best restaurants, quaint stores, and entertainment.
