FREE BEACH EQUIPMENT-the absolute ease of vacationing here is what drew us to this resort, knowing our family simply was a few steps away from the white sand and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico waters.

RIGHT OFF 30A: with easy directions and located in a quiet cove, getting to and from this location is simple yet convenient.

KID FRIENDLY: We realize most of our guests have young or school-aged kids. We stock plenty of toys to keep your little one's busy. We have also removed large breakables and safety hazards to help keep your family comfortable and worry-free. Plenty of sand buckets, toys, boogie boards, umbrella & a beach few chairs we keep just for our guests.

PARKING: FREE on-site parking up to two vehicles. This particular unit a DEEDED parking space right under you - covered garage.

UNIT LOCATION s right in between the elevator and stairs, and is perfectly situated in the building nearest the fitness room & sauna. Keep an eye on your vehicle as it can be right below the entryway door for added convenience!

THE BALCONY: offers plenty of seating for all guests with a large dining table, oversized DAYbed off then master bedroom, and beach equipment!

DOG FRIENDLY: We welcome your little pooches, asking only up to 2 dogs less than 40lbs. We keep dog bowls, towels, mats, and the resort had dedicated pet walking area + pet waste bags just under the unit down below! Bring your 4-legged family members with you on vacation! A 1 time pet fee will be applied at time of booking! (no worries, we promise it will be less than what you pay to board them or stay somewhere larger!)

MINIMUM AGE: Our minimum age requirement to book is 23 years of age.

Dunes of Seagrove has convenient beach service set-up you can reserve for the day or the week. La Dolce Vita bike rentals are located at the front of the community. We give our guests 2 beach chairs + other items, if you would like to rent more it is available!

Our Happy Place

We enjoyed our stay at Salty Pete’s! The condo is so beautifully decorated in soft beach colors. The beds were very comfortable which is so important to us. Being able to walk right out to the beach is wonderful! We love this area which is so close to all of our favorite places. We look forward to coming back!

Overall stay

This is a location that we have enjoyed staying at before but a few things could be addressed. The cleanliness of the condo: dirty dishes in cabinets and towels in the washer. Other than some housekeeping issues and pool bracelets, we thought the condo was pleasant.
