About this property

Spend the summer on the beach -- June to October 2023 available. Only steps away from 750 feet of private Gulf beachfront. Full access to all of the Club Longboat amenities and activities, including eight clay tennis courts, two pools, hot tub, fitness center and clubhouse.

Ground floor recently renovated two-bedroom condo that sleeps six (6). Open kitchen with quartz counters, new stainless-steel appliances and full-sized washer and dryer. Primary suite includes a King-sized bed and attached bath with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed. A second full bath for guests includes a shower as well. The den area includes a Queen-sized sleeper, desk and second dining table. Unit includes a walk-out outdoor patio with dining table, four chairs and umbrella, along with a gas grill and two lounge chairs. High speed internet with Comcast cable service included. In addition, the unit has an assigned covered parking space, with plenty of guest parking available.

Note: Condo Association requires a 30-day advance notice and $100 renter application fee. Minimum rental period is 6 months + 1 day. Full month rentals preferred.

Excellent Longboat Property

Very happy with this rental. Was able to always work closely with the owner to resolve anything small that cropped up during my long term rental. Will definitely consider it in the future.

Relaxation and recharge

My husband and I spent the month working remotely due to Covid. It was such a relaxing and spacious space. Everything you need is there and a really beautifully done renovation. Comfy furniture and bedding too! The courts are amazing, great pool/hot tub and beach with chairs and umbrellas. So easy and laid back. Jeff was very responsive when we needed to communicate on a couple things. He resolved any issue or question respectfully and promptly, which was really nice. Would book again!

Fantastic!

It's even better than the online pictures! The condo was incredibly clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels/beach towels/bed linens. Jeff was a joy to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back again soon! Lisa
