Located in a quality location in the heart of the Village of Grau du Roi, this apartment will be a real favorite for lovers of the seaside.
It is located in a residence located on the beach on the right bank, a very popular area, both close to all amenities and quiet.
Take advantage of its balcony, which will allow you to spend peaceful moments in love.

This apartment is a one-bedroom apartment on the 4th and last floor with elevator and benefits from a sea view with a beautiful view of the Bay of Aigues-Mortes with La Grande-Motte opposite. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen area open to a living room which has a non-convertible two-seater sofa with TV area. It then benefits from a separate bedroom with fixed 140cm bedding for two people and a corner with two other 90cm beds on the floor above on the mezzanine. This apartment is ideal for 4 people as a family of two adults and two children. All the necessary equipment is at your disposal for your greatest comfort, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.

The living room is modern, with a non-convertible 2-seater sofa, a TV, reversible air conditioning.

Enjoy the calm in the center of the resort and rest in this clear and bright space.

The evenings are endowed with magnificent sunsets according to the seasons.

Le Château Leenhardt: Recent residence on the waterfront, private access to the beach through the garden, directly overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Grau du Roi. Each apartment has: a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a sleeping area or separate bedroom depending on the type, and quality equipment. The apartments have a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea, the Bay of Aigues-Mortes, the Grande Motte, all to enjoy magical sunsets! Ideally located for everything on foot: Shops, Markets (downtown and Boucanet), Restaurants and Tapas Bars, Cinema. The Seaside Resort of Grau du Roi allows you to enjoy walks along the shores of the Mediterranean, to ride a bike to the Salins d'Aigues Mortes (green circuits - Bike rental at 300m), and also in pedal boats (paillote ), by boat (piers), by 4x4 to discover the Camargue Gardoise. Near Amusement Park: Luna Parc and Amigolang, Port-Camargue Thalassotherapy: 3 km opposite the South Beach

This apartment has a private parking space within the residence for one car. Le Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest station with frequent traffic is Montpellier Sud de France station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier.
In addition and with a request upstream of your reservation, we can find a solution for you to pick you up at the airport or at the station and bring you to your vacation spot in complete peace of mind.


## IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This residence is located with its feet in the sand, with private access through a door at the end of the plot of this residence which exits directly onto the beach on the right bank. The Château Leenhardt residence has an "L" shape and consists of two buildings: building A and building B. Both buildings consist of a ground floor + 4 floors with lifts. There is an elevator for building A and an elevator for building B. On the other hand, in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet "PMR" handicap standards. If the apartment you have booked is in building A, the higher you go up the floors, the more you have a beautiful and wide sea view overlooking La Grande-Motte with a north-west exposure (all sunsets on sunny days). On this side of Building A,the residence is built on the edge and right next to it is a communal car park, paying from the beginning of March to the beginning of November, on which motorhomes and cars can be parked. Under no circumstances does this car park, which is located below, represent a hindrance to seeing the sea and our Agency cannot be held responsible for incorrect information in relation to the presence of this car park or to misleading advertising. It is not specified in our advertisements that these apartments have sea views on the 1st line, on the seafront.
If you have booked an apartment that is in building B, most of these apartments look inside the residence, so these apartments see the garden of the residence with the parking lot of the residence before seeing the sea since the building B is set back from the sea and from the end of building A. These apartments therefore also have a nice sea view, with a South West exposure. They see the sea between Building A and the residence next door, called Les Villégiales du Château.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen, gerne wieder.
Die Lage des Appartements war top, der Ausblick auf das Meer war toll, sehr gut war, das das Appartment über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Ein eigener Parkplatz und ein direkter Zugang zum dahinter gelegenen Strand war super. Die Ausstattung war gut, Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, einige Bereichen war schon dreckig, aber das hat nicht so sehr gestört. Der Ofen funktionerte zunächst nicht, die Verwaltung darauf angeschrieben, wurde zwar gefragt, ob jemand vorbeikommen solle, aber auf unsere Antwort, dass wir das befürworten, kam keine Reaktion. Nach einem Stromausfall war es dann auf einmal möglich, den Herd zu bedienen. Also bis auf das Thema mit dem Ofen gab es nichts auszusetzen.

La location est geniale. Mon seul regret : ne pas avoir reservé plus longtemps. J y retournerai, c est trop bien. Beaucoup apprecié parking privé, fermé, sous videosurveillance, acces direct a la plage, proche centre ville, literie agreable, logement propre et calme, ascenseur, pratique pour les valises. Tout est bien pensé, y compris le pack de bienvenue. Ca a ete le point culminant des vacances. Enormement apprecié. Formidable !!!
