Great for family

We rented two of the houses for our family - 8 of us in total. Everyone really enjoyed the accommodations in the Tico neighborhood. We mostly cooked our own food and enjoyed ourselves eating in the beautiful outdoors. The neighborhood felt really safe and friendly. The beach and grocery stores are a very short walk away. Bee was a great host and was very accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little House

The house is great in a little Tico neighborhood, close enough to walk to Centro Samara and the beach but far enough away from the noise and crowds of centro. Great communication and self check in.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had and absolutely fantastic 6 weeks at Casa de Sol! We loved the casita and the property. Bee was always great to respond to any questions or requests! Staying 8 weeks next year!!

I've been coming to Samara since 2007 and fell in love the very first time! I'm originally from Northern California and had a long and lovely career as a Homebirth Midwife. Happily retired now and love hosting guests on their vacations to Costa Rica.

Why they chose this property

The location is awesome. Super close to the things you need, but far enough away from the loud bars that you won't be bothered. 10 minute walk to the beach and to town center.
