really enjoyed our 3 weeks in Petoskey. good relationship with property owners.

Beautiful long range view of the water. Basement apartment was well equiped, comfortable king sized bed and very workable kitchen. TV was problematic (Apple operation). Overall, the facility was great on the inside. But outside there was no private space, patio or furniture for the two of us to enjoy. The other negative of this VRBO is it's location. It is isolated on a steep hill, on a driveway off a major highway. Not safe or practical to walk or ride a bike into town.

Petoskey getaway

This is a great getaway, just 5 minutes from downtown Petoskey and the parks along the bay. Heidi's place was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with Heidi! Just a few notes, it is off a somewhat busy highway but there are no highway sounds and it is very quiet. And, the property is part of her house. Enjoy! Thank you so much for a delightful stay, Heidi!

Petoskey Get-a-way

Great location, close to all attractions including downtown Petoskey, Bear River Walk and Beaches. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Last minute visit

View was fine, but kitchen utensils and dishes were skimpy. The bed eventually was great, however, there was a considerable lack of furniture. Could use a dishwasher and new garbage disposal TV was difficult . Noisy workmen outside and interrupted by a furnace workman. However, not too bad for a last minute choice.

Fantastic views. Cozy lower level flat in an amazing home.

Great communication. Owner, Heidi and Dave live above. They were great. Location was awesome- just outside the town of Petosky - 5 min away. Quick access to State Park and the beach. The rental layout was very nice. Enter space into the living room. Then small dining area to the right and bath to the left. Great shower! Then well appointed kitchen. Kuerig was a nice touch. And the bedroom is in the back. Space felt bigger than it was. And windows galore for the sunset! Can see Harbor Springs from the elevated home. Will stay again. Thank you!
