The spacious living room has a faux flame fireplace and a flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, an island bar with sink, log bar stools, antler pot rack and lighting fixture, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is the standard size refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. We also made sure you have both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig , toaster oven, ice maker, blender, dishwasher, and a toaster! The dining area has enough seating for ten at the heavy log dining table.

The living room opens to a large deck with an outdoor dining area. All of this was built for your relaxation while watching the Chattahoochee River below. Underneath the cabin has an entertainment area with a Tiki Bar, flat screen TV, a 7-person Hot Tub and
a full-size bath along with a separate kitchen and cooking area. The underneath kitchen has a full-size refrigerator along with a microwave and oven/stove and a kitchen sink. River Haus boasts of the beautiful granite outdoor fire pit, perfect for those cool North Georgia evenings.

For those grilling and outdoor cooking lovers, River Haus has a full-size gas grill as well as a full-size gas griddle on the covered rear upper deck as well as the covered cooking area underneath.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a King size bed with a wall mounted flat screen tv and view of the river! The In-suite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and hammered copper sink. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom with river views and a half bath and a bonus room with queen size bunk beds, top and bottom.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms also equipped with flat-screen televisions. One bedroom has a California King bed, while the other has a Queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. On this same level, there is an overlook to the living room, a small rocking chair nook for reading and relaxing. WiFi and Dish TV is provided so you can stay "connected" while staying here.
