About this property

1 block from the beach. Just down the road from the local marina where you can rent a boat or jet skis. The marina also has (newly remodeled) Xtreeme bar and grill, and just around the corner is Captain johns bar and grill. Xtreme resort with indoor-outdoor pool and playground. Yogi bear is just down the street as well which offers put-put golf and blow up lake toys and paddleboards. Also, minutes away from downtown. Downtown offers many small antique shops and small business boutiques. There is a couple new restaurants opened, one called E’s hideaway and the other is around the cove called Belt 40 (previously called the stuffed olive). If you need directions to these places let me know. Belt 40 is in walking distance from the house and they offer a beer garden if interested.

Ask me about renting my sea doo or my kayak and paddle board. These are rented out by the hour.

Also, if you are interested in having a charcuterie board ready for you when you arrive we offer boards anywhere from $75 and up just let us know prior to your arrival.

No Hot Water, No Refund....just excuses!!

We stayed at this house on Labor Day weekend. There was NO hot water. Owner said she didn't have a share key, owner couldn't get a plumber to come work on, owner was out of town, Absolutely NO help!! Just Excuses! A very small refund was promised but nothing has been provided as of yet, almost a month later. Another lie! This lady lives in this house full time. Pictures of herself are all over the house, bathroom has all of her cosmetics on the countertop, cloths in closets and drawers. No coffee pot! She asked that we leave the back screen porch door cracked for some kittens she was feeding. This whole thing is Just Weird! We really feel like we were mislead and ripped off!

Nice!

Suzy is an excellent and responsive host. The house was clean, homey and had everything we could possibly need. Our granddaughter enjoyed the dog and chickens ☺️

The property was clean and perfect for our stay. Close to the water and the town of Eufala. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The furniture in the living room was cozy and comfortable. Suzy kept in touch in case we needed anything. We have already booked for our birthday next year.
