This house, located in Saint-Vincent-la-Châtre, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a shared pool from 01 May to 30 September, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and 1 including 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. A separate toilet is available.
The house features a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and a washing machine.
Note that bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 4 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.8 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are allowed.
