If you are coming to Big Bear Lake for a weekend or a holiday getaway, Cali Bear Lakefront will give you that log cabin in the mountains you are looking for. Located in Boulder Bay, this cabin has an open floor plan filled with natural light, gorgeous log walls and accents and plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings, cathedral ceilings and boasting lakefront access.
The family room offers a river rock wood burning fireplace, a cozy seating area to enjoy the fire and large windows and sliders to take in the lake view. The open concept area offers multiple seating areas for dining and entertaining and ample space for your group.
The kitchen is well appointed with a large counter, butcher block island for prepping and a walk in butlers pantry. New stainless steel appliances are provided including a gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combo. A standard coffee maker is provided.
Just off the family room area is the master suite. With a king bed, and additional twin over full bunk. The master offers upper deck access and has gorgeous lake views. There is a full bath with a soaking tub, shower stall and dual sinks.
Head downstairs where you will find a lounge area offering a flatscreen TV, outdoor access to the lake, a laundry room area with a full size washer and dryer available for your use. There is a full restroom for this area downstairs as well. To the right is a bedroom offering a king bed, twin over full bunk and private patio access. The third bedroom or bunk room offers a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk with great lake views.
Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Please contact us to inquire about the most up-to-date lake levels for lakefront properties.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
