- An open floor kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including of course a must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- A first bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet, also opening to the terrace.

- A second bedroom with a queen size bed as well, a TV, a dresser and access to a small private balcony.

- Separate toilets, but you probably won't mind that they are separate...

A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue du Cros Vieil, you will be able to devote yourself to the following activities, located within four and a half minutes on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):

Reach the Mouré Rouge beach and either do some skinny dipping or sit at an outdoor cafe to enjoy a delicious cocktail (or do both...)

Enjoy the neighborly “village” atmosphere of the Palm Beach district and blend with the locals to do all your daily shopping at the bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, post office, pharmacy, etc...

Stroll along the famous Croisette and, if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats.

Change scenery and have breakfast overlooking the sea at the Mouré Rouge restaurant or at the Duplex.

And within less than 10 minutes by car, you'll be able to:

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go to work if you are here for a trade show).

Board a train for a ride along the Mediterranean coast.

Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
