Recently renovated and stocked with all brand new, high-quality furnishings and supplies (October 2020) for the ultimate relaxing getaway. Enjoy the beautifully private desert backyard views from most rooms in the house. Curl up in the cozy family room with vaulted ceilings and impressive fireplace; hang out and play foosball in the lounge, or retreat in the oversize primary bedroom suite. The split bedroom floor plan offers a spacious and comfortable setting with plenty of luxurious and convenient touches throughout. Whether you're looking to cool off in the heated pool on a hot day, prepare dinner on the built-in barbecue grill, or relax in the glide chairs around the fire table, the backyard has you covered.

*We take great pride in offering a quiet, well-kept, clean space for your getaway. As such, we expect that the home and the items we’ve thoughtfully selected for it are treated with care and respect. This is NOT a party house, this is our family vacation home that we use ourselves and ask that you treat it as you would your own. Rules are strictly enforced and guests will be charged for any evidence of usage beyond what’s considered normal.

Clean, light, and bright. Loved the pool and 2 family rooms. Kitchen nice and big. House is in a very quiet neighborhood and the cave creek area is nice. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely home and neighborhood

We stayed the month of January and had a great stay at this property. Lots of room for family and friends to visit. It’s a little off the beaten path if you’re planning to spend time in Scottsdale etc… if you like being out of the “city” a bit more you’ll enjoy it. We found lots of new hiking possibilities and Carefree has some very cute restaurants and bars. The outside patio, fire pit is great, and the pool is very nice. It was quite cool in January and we would have really enjoyed a working indoor fireplace..it was decorative only. Highly recommend.

Lovely Oasis in the Desert

My fiancé and I enjoyed a week at Morghan’s home for his 40th birthday. The house is exactly as pictured, honestly even better than pictured. The foosball table, fire pit, bbq, large tub and Japanese toilette were all great amenities. And we appreciated having the washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack a weeks worth of clothes. This is the ultimate location for relaxation - very quiet neighborhood but close to wonderful golf courses and some really great restaurants. Morghan was really detail oriented and prompt with her messages, which was very appreciated. Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy the pool on this trip due to the heat pump not working, but we hope to return and enjoy it in the future.

Immaculate!

Wonderful, updated property. Exactly as advertised and pictured. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from street noise. Comfortable beds with high end linens. I’ve never stayed in a rental home that had such a well furnished kitchen, including SHARP knives and lots of kitchen towels. Very responsive owner/manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families with kids

Loves staying here! The fenced pool area meant that we could let our toddler run about and not be too worried about where she went. The pool is awesome and the outdoor area in general is set up perfectly. The house is quite large and each room is a good size. The master suite is super special and the renovations are very tasteful and well done. Location-wise you’re near cave creek and carefree and also right off Cave creek Rd so it’s great for getting about. You need a car here if you want to explore though. We loved the quiet community and of course the incredible weather!! Would definitely stay again!

Magnificent property!!

This property was exactly as shown and described in the ad! Gorgeously remodeled and decorated, lots of room and activities for the kids! The pool was perfect, a little chilly but it really felt nice on the hotter days! It was just around the corner from my son's house which made it great for spending time together. Anyone considering this rental will be pleased! Can we give it a 10 instead of a 5? Loved it!!

This property delivered on everything it claimed. The pictures represented the home very accurately. It’s a beautiful, spacious home with a very well stocked kitchen and multiple spaces to gather inside and out. We loved the fire table outside in the evening with a glass of wine. Very quiet neighborhood. We used the outdoor bbq to grill and the South facing pool (we had sun all day in the backyard which is ideal) was clean and well maintained. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean & spacious. The location is private with nice amenities; games for kids, pool towels, nice linens, well equipped kitchen. 1st time to Cave Creek. Visit the local history museum to learn about the area and meet the knowledgeable volunteer staff.

Beautiful, well-kept home

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home for a week. It is very clean and well-managed. The house is tastefully appointed and well laid out. It is extremely well-equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. The owner was very cooperative and answered all questions immediately. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Amazing Property!

This house was just as it is described above: beautifully updated, clean, well-stocked with essentials, in a quiet neighborhood, and yet is still kid friendly. It was nice to have both a pool in the backyard and some green space for the kids to run around in. Morghan was great to work with, and we would definitely stay here again!

This home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with lots of open space. There are no neighbors across the street or behind the house, which makes for an ideally peaceful setting. The inside of the home is beautifully remodeled and outfitted with stylish, southwest decor.
