Dock, Sandy bottom beach, fire pit for campfires, grill, water activities with 2 Paddle Boards & 2 Kayaks.

Home is located directly infront of the Sandbar on the lake! Easy to paddle board or kayak to!

2 car garage (no parking in the garage), minutes from the marina, 2 golf courses & lake front restaurant!

Owners Pontoon Boat Rental available upon request!

Lake Coldwater is a chain of 6 lakes that has different vibes on each of the lakes for everyone to enjoy!

Loved the week at this home. We have stayed at many homes through vrbo in the past and this is the most cleanest place we have stayed in. We truly appreciate a clean home! Wish it had curtains on the windows though :) but otherwise perfect!

Clean, great set up, beautiful property. fast response from owner. first time using vrbo and was not disappointed. Great find and the view was fantastic. Sunrise over the water so relaxing. Will defiantly book again!!

Beautiful lake home

Don’s property is spotless with wonderful views and location. We elected to rent the pontoon and had a great time on the lake. Fishing was excellent with fish caught every time we went out no matter what time of day. Caught Northern, catfish, bluegill and bass. Great fun for the kids and adults all around. The kayaks and paddle boards were available for our use which was much appreciated. The extra refrigerator in the garage is a nice touch and beds very comfortable. Great communication by the owner. Highly recommend!

Fun Family Getaway

Our family had a fabulous time staying at this rental at Coldwater Lake! We had everything we needed to relax and have fun together as a family! Host communicated well and replied in adequate time with any questions we had during our stay.
