It is a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach and close to the bridge, inter-coastal waterway (ICW), playground and splash pad as well as several local eateries to explore. "Shore Feels Goode" beach house is a two-story, open concept home. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy dining area and bar which seats up to ten guests, open to a family room with vaulted ceilings, perfect for lounging. On the main floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other is perfect as a "kid's room" with a full bed and twin-sized bunk beds. There's a full bathroom nestled in-between the bedrooms and access to a laundry closet across the hallway with a washer and dryer. The second floor offers two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed, and another full bathroom in-between. The family room and three of the bedrooms have direct access to balconies where you can take in the sounds and views of the ocean or ICW. This is a non-smoking home and does not allow pets. For safety and security purposes, the external premises and entry points of this property are routinely monitored (ground level, front and back doors).

***PLEASE NOTE***Linens (bed and bath) are only provided for peak season stays, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During off-peak season stays, guests have the option to bring or rent linens (bed and bath) for use during their stay (i.e. sheet sets, bath towels/cloths, beach towels, and kitchen towel sets).
