The Eden apartment is a bright apartment ideally located between the Thabor park and the Rennes train station. You will be here particularly quiet but less than 10 minutes walk from the station.

The 90m2 apartment is composed as follows:
- at the entrance, a corridor with cupboards and separate toilets (at the end of the corridor)
- on your left, a bedroom with two single beds, and a cupboard, giving access to the balcony of the apartment.
- on your right, a large bathroom with a tumble dryer, washing machine and hair dryer.
- further on the left, a large living room with lounge, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, plates...). This room overlooks the balcony and the small garden room.
- opposite the living room, a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 cm) and a private balcony.
- at the end of the hallway, on the right, a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160 cm), private shower room and closet.

Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family vacation or on an urban getaway, you will be greeted in a personalized manner by a person from the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will introduce you to the accommodation, the surroundings and answer any questions you may have.

Sheets and towels, of 4/5 star hotel quality, are provided as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The beds are made on your arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.

Buses and the metro are less than 10 minutes away on foot. The closest station is the Gares station, a few stops away from the République station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro). If you come by car, the Kléber parking lot is less than 5 minutes away on foot.
