Spectacular Adirondack lake house!
This property has all the makings for a fun weekend getaway! Multiple fire pits, open kitchen/living room and multiple lounge areas throughout the house. Tara (host) was very responsive and accommodating, We will most certainly come back to this place again!

Hi my name is Tara Eidse. I grew up in upstate New York and moved to Tucson, Arizona in 2007. I'm married and have a cattle dog named Finn. I love to hike, run, rollerblade, and practice yoga. I'm a licensed massage therapist with a private practice. I also help my family manage various properties on the side which is what brings me to VRBO.

Why they chose this property

My family loves the Adirondack mountain region. We all love to be outdoors and enjoy all nature has to offer. The beauty of this home is that it is situated on 37 acres of natural land and half a mile of lakefront on the very quiet yet beautiful Lake Abanakee. The Lodge, Cabin on the Knoll, and other cabins have been rented seasonally for many years. We are carrying on this tradition to offer a modern yet rustic getaway for travelers who want to get the most of their Adirondack experience.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the lakefront views and wooded property. The property is private and remote yet close enough to all the attractions of the Adirondack region.
