Your vacation home, The Sea Turtle is located only 3 blocks from the beach on the "no drive" portion of the beach. Set up for the seasonal guest with everything you need. Completely furnished, private back yard with large deck. Great safe neighborhood. Special summer rate (June, July and August, 2024). Book each month for $2900 flat plus one time cleaning fee. (Sales tax included in rate). Or, if it is 2 weeks you prefer take advantage of our new summer adventure rate. $1800 plus cleaning fee.

We have prepared for your St Augustine adventure! Our home is designed with your daily needs in mind. The full kitchen is supplied with all cookware needed to cook or just enjoy coffee on your morning beach walk. There is also a large deck in back where you can relax at the end of your day. The bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet. We have included extras such as vacuum, iron, toaster, blender, crock pot and grill. The bathroom includes shower and tub, towels, hair dryer and complimentary soap and shampoo to begin your stay. The home sleeps 4 comfortably with a full-size futon/bed in the living area. Two sets of linens for each bed are available. We have even included a recliner in the living room. Invite your family or friends for the weekend. There is parking provided for 2 cars. Beautifully landscaped.

TV and Wifi provided. A large refrigerator along with washer and dryer is here to make life easier. Beach chairs, beach towels and bikes are provided. Walk mornings on the beach and visit the historic district during in the evening! Historic St. Augustine is within a 10-minute drive. You can drive into town, ride the Red Train while learning the history of the oldest town in the US. Order take-out and relax at home watching TV in the evening or sit on the back deck and visit with friends. Such a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the privacy you desire and the slower paced life St. Augustine offers.

Best Place in St. Augustine Beach

We have stayed in several places in St Augustine Beach and this was by far the best. Spotlessly clean; fully equipped kitchen; comfy bed; great bathroom with grab bars and new towels, shower curtain and rugs. Beautiful back deck and garden area, three short blocks to beach, easy walking distance to everything. Great communication and response from owners. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful Winter Escape!

We were looking for a place to escape the cold Michigan Winter and we found a little piece of paradise on St Augustine Beach. Brenda & Steve have done a really nice job renovating & equipping this property. Everything (and I mean everything) we needed during our stay was available in the unit and easy to locate. I honestly thought at times we were staying in their home! We loved the quiet, close to the beach location, as well as the large backyard deck where we would sit during lunch and at night to look at the stars and listen to the ocean. Leaving was a bittersweet, but thankfully we were able to rebook and are already looking forward to returning next Winter!

Awesome place to stay!

Very clean, recently updated and well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. Short walk to the beach…no need to concern yourselves with finding a parking spot! Also, short walking distance to shops, restaurants and St. John’s Pier. Short driving distance to Historic St. Augustine, St. Augustine Amphitheater, St. Augustine Lighthouse, Marineland, Alligator Farm and so many other attractions and restaurants. Quick responsive owners. Great communication. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!!

The location of VRBO IS GREAT!

The host are very accommodating and active with their rental! The rental is a home away from home! All needs are met in the rental! You get to sit and relax on a terrific deck. You can hear the waves! You are surrounded by local restaurants!! Within walking distance to the pier, beach and fun dining at local restaurants. Steve and Brenda are so wonderful! Would stay again! We have been in St. Augustine for more than 15 years. Steve is retired Army National Guard. Our love for St. Augustine began while working here before retirement. We began sharing our love for St. Augustine beach by inviting family to town. This home will enable us to share St. Augustine Beach with you! Currently we have 2 homes but it seems like St. Augustine is the main residence. Our other home is in Central Florida where we grew up and our families are still located.

Sitting and walking on the beach in the morning or evening and spending the day with our grandchildren in the sand are our favorite things to do. The walks downtown are also enjoyable. Every time we go downtown we discover a new street to enjoy or a new food that we have not tried. We love our time in St Augustine and so will you!

Residents in St. Augustine are fun and enjoyable. The atmosphere is friendly and life is slower. Time will slow down. You will not want to leave!

The home has been remodeled with a 30-day rental in mind. Both Unit A and Unit B are available to rent. We have provided everything you will need to enjoy a month of fun. There is a large deck in the back yard for relaxation and evening visits. Local artwork has been added to complete the beach look. The futon bed is for you to invite guests during your month stay. The walk to the beach is short. Return home for lunch or visit the local restaurants without the need to drive. Recently we have added bikes for your daily use. In addition to the beach, the Historic District is very close by, and you can participate in seasonal events.
