Luxury Cabin on a Fishing Pond in the heart of Hochatown.

2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Comfortably sleeps 6, max occupancy 8.

High luxury modern farmhouse retreat with a fishing pond. The pond has a healthy population of bass, blue gill and perch for catch&release fishing right off the dock or shoreline. Lilypad is walking distance to local restaurants and minutes away from the national park. Both bedrooms have balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Master bedroom has fireplace, king bed and daybed. Secondary bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed and a twin trundle. There is a full size sofa sleeper in the living room.

So many things to enjoy at Lilypad Lodge. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub while watching the big game on the outdoor television or keeping an eye on dinner on the outdoor grill. Curl up with a book on the balcony. Relax on the porch rocking chairs. Gather the wine and conversation around the patio's fire table. Catch a fish, or maybe a nap, on our fishing dock. Cook a gourmet meal in our well equipped kitchen. Take a walk to a few of the local restaurants just a few blocks away. Firewood provided for s'mores by the fire ring. Time to make memories!

Great Escape

We booked the home for both it's convenience to everything Hochatown/Broken Bow Lake related and the pond, and it was perfectly located. My husband enjoyed catching fish in the pond while I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. The home is super cute and provided very nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and eating needs, enjoyed the linens (soft and not your typical "hotel" bleached type) and the furniture inside and out was comfy. The biggest drawback was the lights from the 3 story house across the pond. They had the lights on all night on all 3 floors which felt like a spot light shining on you while outside. If the neighbors lights could have been turned off, dimmer or reduced, it would help with enjoying the evening/night outdoors with the firepit, fireflies and nature's music. We ended up keeping our backs towards the home so we could enjoy our evenings outside. Otherwise, we enjoyed our great escape to beautiful Hochatown at Lilypad Lodge!

Excellent place !

This was the perfect little place to stay for a getaway . My husband loved the pond and he was relaxed fishing . My husband and daughter also loved the arcade game . I loved to just relax and enjoy the scenery, the porch , the hot tub . Oh and I LOVED The coffee mugs they gave as a gift . The owners also responded quickly to all my questions . Thank you !

As good as advertised.

The property was clean and well maintained, and close to everything in Hochatown and the Beavers Bend area. Definitely another future trip destination.

We had the best time!!!!

We had the best time staying at this luxury cabin! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The amenities are amazing - my kids absolutely loved the fishing right outside the front door, the hot tub, the arcade game, the connect 4 in the guest bedroom, the bunk beds...literally everything! They raved that “it is the best house ever!” The location is perfect too - walking distance to several restaurants but far enough away to experience a quiet and serene experience. The hosts provide such a perfect vacation rental experience and you can tell they take a lot of pride in providing their guests with a great experience and an amazing house to call home during their stay. We can't wait to come back!!!

Our family has lived in the Dallas area since 2011. We have 3 children and our family loves to travel and enjoy nature! We fell in love with Broken Bow on a weekend getaway and bought our first cabin "Are We There Yet-i" VRBO 2000817 in 2020. Our cabins are owner managed. We stay in Broken Bow every few weeks to ensure that everything is in perfect order for you to feel at home (and because we love the cabins too:). Making sure that our guests have a wonderful time at our cabin is very important to us and we felt the best way to make that happen is by managing it ourselves. We have an amazing local housekeeping and maintenance team that makes it all possible! We welcome questions and strive to respond to you weekends, evenings, whenever you need something during your stay.

Why they chose this property

This is our second cabin in Broken Bow. We fell in the love with the neighborhood and the beautiful pondside location. It's very easy access to town and you can walk to several local restaurants. The cabin is named after our daughter Lily. We can't wait to make family memories in this cabin and host guests to enjoy it as well.
