This property puts you in a perfect location to access all that Newport has to offer, within walking distance to the Cliff Walk, Tennis Hall of Fame , Bellevue Ave Mansions, Easton's Beach, Bowen's Wharf, Thames Street Shops/Restaurants and right next door to the Wednesday Farmers Market .

If you prefer to drive, you'll have off street parking for up to 6 cars, and bulkhead access to the basement to store surf boards, bikes, and all of your summer toys.

Why they chose this property

This house is in such a perfect location and really checks all of the boxes for a summer house. Walking distance to everything, in a nice quiet family neighborhood (away from the hustle and bustle of Thames). With 6 bedrooms and plenty of off street parking, it's a great place to gather and invite friends/family to join! When we stay here, our car never leaves the driveway because we can truly walk everywhere - first beach, Thames street, Bellvue, Broadway, etc.
