Feel your stress disappear as soon as you open the door to unit 2123 in Sandpiper Cove. The unit had been remodeled offering a huge balcony with amazing views of the Emerald green waters, white sparkling sands and beautiful furniture seating to enjoy the Destin breeze. The condo is on second floor (no elevator) and offers space for a family/friends of 6 (if with kids) or 5 adults to stay comfortably and two parking spaces. This unit has been converted into a 1 1/2 bedrooms but at a lower rate than a regular two bedroom condo. Open concept living room with spacious kitchen offering plenty of granite counter top space and all supplies needed for your meals. Living area offers plenty of seating area where the couch folds out to a queen sofa sleeper. A cute dining area is also provided in the living space. The small guest converted bedroom has twin bunk beds and wardrobe. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, spacious dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a beautiful view. Two bathrooms. Both with walk-in shower. This condo also offers a washer and dryer and internet and TV cable.
Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort located on the heart of Destin, where you can find excellent restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, lots of fantastic golf courses and also Destin's harbor which offers pontoon boat and jet skis rentals, dauphins and sunset cruises, deep sea fishing trips, scuba and snorkeling trips, and many other activities.
Sandpiper Cove features a private beach, a beach bar and café, 5 swimming pools (2 heated ones), 9 hole par 3 golf course, hot tub/spa whirlpool, tennis courts, Event Center, Boat docking (please check SPC website for docking request), canal, marina and the Louisiana Lagniappe, a fine dining restaurant overlooking the Harbor with amazing sunsets, on site.

Perfect beach front condo!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and two young children. They absolutely loved the bunk beds! The unit was very clean and decorated perfectly for a beach front condo. The back deck is huge and provides amazing views of the Gulf. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We will stay here again and highly recommend! Location of the complex to all things Destin is perfect!

Perfect getaway!

My family of 6 stayed here (my husband and I, kids 14,13,11 and 9 months) the condo was perfect for what we needed. The kids stayed in the bunk beds and pull out couch, and the baby slept with us in a pack and play. Photos listed are exactly how the place looked in person. The location is perfection right on the sand and a 5 min walk to the water. There are complimentary chairs/umbrella just get there and tell the attendant who will reserve them with your name in the morning. The condo is close to all restaurants and shops. Check out the restaurants on the beach they usually have events in the evenings like tiki fire performers, bonfires, movies etc. we got to see an amazing firework show at the pier. We also ate at the restaurant on site, Louisiana langipe and the food and service were amazing I highly recommend for good seafood That’s not fast food or bar type food. Myrian was an absolute amazing host who stayed in communication the entire time from my advance booking. She was available for questions and responded quickly via text. We would absolutely stay with myrian again, thanks for everything!!!

The property was exactly as described, very clean and just a few steps from the beach. The host was amazing and always available. She made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely helpful in coordinating with the cleaning company as we left some important items behind. Highly recommend this property!

Great location (on beach) and by car

Host was phenomenal. Communicated in minutes. Place was modern and super clean. Calling this a 2 bedroom is a little “creative” though. Nice huge deck. Has beach chairs and umbrella to use as well.

A great way to celebrate summer

If you want to be on the sand in 10 seconds, this is your place! Beach service every day, pickleball courts right here, the world's smallest par 3 golf course free to play, and a host that respond so quickly you are never without an answer for anything. My family has a great time and was only a minute away from the main road to go do all the rest of destin also. Thanks for letting us enjoy the beach condo.

What a great place!!

This was a great location on the beach! The condo had really nice linens and comfortable pillows and mattresses. Everything was great quality and very clean. Our host Myrian was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Great property with excellent perks

This property is in a great location and the perks (private beach, beach chair/umbrella setup) were exactly what me and my family (3 young kids) needed for a relaxing getaway. Myrian was so easy to communicate with and made the entire stay stress free. The beach is right outside the patio and there are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Great vacation on the beach!

My husband & I spent 8 wonderful nights in this lovely condo. We’ve stayed twice before at Sandpiper Cove in some very nice condos, but this is our new favorite. The condo was beautiful, clean, & well stocked. The owner was quick to respond with an answer when we had a question. The location of the condo affords a great view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This was great on the beach property. Within a mile of convent store, restaurants and grocery store. Also the bar and grill on the beach is only steps away. The Host was fantastic and a great communicator! Like any beach property there is continually up keep on the exterior but that didn't affect our stay. Would be back in a heart beat.

Great vacation at Holiday Isle!

You will not go wrong renting Holiday Isle in Destin, FL! The condo is in a great location right at the beach. The condo is very comfortable and we really enjoyed the large deck overlooking the beach. We also like to walk and the surrounding streets around the complex and outside it were really nice. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had during our 2 week stay.

Getting away from the cold!

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean from a very large deck. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed all the activities at the resort - pickle ball, bocce ball and pool / hot tub. Location was very close to lots of restaurants too. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will come back!

Destin Girl's Trip

This was a great place to stay right on the beach and loved that it included beach chairs on the beach and extra to carry down. The Mr. Coffee pot needs to be replaced; it took forever to barely make any coffee. The Keurig worked fine. Condo had everything we needed and more! I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful experience!!!

Perfect place

This place was perfect for our family of four. Our host was wonderful. When I made a mistake on check out date she worked with me and quickly got us an answer and sorted out for the correct date. Property was clean, steps from the beach and felt very safe with gated access. Highly recommend booking here.

Perfection

Perfect location, beautiful property, and Myrian was extremely communicative/accommodating. Condo was perfect for all our needs. Only issue was that we were so busy with a baseball tournament that we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted, but we would highly recommend and will visit/book again !

Destin Seaside Stay

Beautiful beach and ocean steps away from condo. Condo comfortable and great deck. Only downside that owner can’t control was ongoing renovation next building over combining two units into one.

Destin area is amazing because this city have have all the nature and the most beautiful sea and so many tons of blue and the sand is as white as snow, it is incredible beautiful. At the same time, the city offers plenty of fun activities, plenty of options of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, everything you possible need, is right there. It is a developed city in the middle of the nature. Just perfect.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it is on the sand, on the second floor of a TWO-Story only building that gives you the sense of being in a beach bungalow. The balcony is big and you can feel the breeze out looking the ocean, the dunes... it is so relaxing.
