Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood of Black Butte Ranch, this home away has all of the charm of a classic cabin while offering all of the modern comforts of home. Boasting a spacious back deck, a modern exterior, and airy vaulted ceilings, even the most design-oriented will fall in love with this space. When you return from your own outdoorsy activities, you can throw a few logs into the wood-burning fireplace and cozy up as the chef of the group prepares a tasty meal in the well-equipped kitchen. There will be no need to worry about wet snow gear or dirty hiking clothes either, as a private washer/dryer are available for your convenience.

Somewhat secluded, this cabin allows for a bit of privacy while still being within a few minutes of the local amenities such as the clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, and the shared pool and hot tub. When you want to venture out a bit, the adorable town of Sisters is just under eight miles away offering a plethora of local restaurants, cafes, and boutiques that are well worth the drive. Not to mention, hiking and biking can easily be found at the base of Black Butte, sitting just 10 miles north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) 2 night stay

Property was very cozy and nice for 6 of us 2 adults 4 teens. Had a nice wood burning fireplace and well stocked kitchen. Sleds in outdoor cabinet which was fun for kids. The bed was firm downstairs and a double size. Beautiful views from window. The lock box was outside in a outdoor closet took some time for us to find that was frustrating. I don’t know if that info was provided but I couldn’t find.

Not idyllic escape

Upon arrival house looked cute from the outside. Had difficulty entering as the key only worked on back door. We found the house not to be adequately cleaned or stocked. Short on TP & laundry pods (only had 3 pods). House was very dusty & lots of dead bugs on sills. Living room was dark with ceiling light not working. Toys on & by deck from possible previous renters. Kitchen counter dirty, downstairs shower dirty. House was definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Vacasa did not follow through with communication.

Fine

The fireplace was awesome- if only they had left more wood... The place was fine- nicely decorated and some supplies in kitchen. There was absolutely no additional information on how to turn up the heat or get firewood. Black butte charges 9$ day per person just to drive through the gates. Not really near anything and the hot tub is a big communal one at the large pool area it was broken and had no jets.

Great View at our Black Butte Ranch rental

We liked the location. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great size for two couples. Vacasa should include a heads up that things like salt and pepper and no Saran Wrap type products are not included. The furnace dial did not work correctly along with the toaster only toasted one side of the bread. Both need to be looked at.
