- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 1 child under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This residence does not have access to the amenities at Old Greenwood's Pavilion/Club.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm.
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM
- No smoking
