Room great, terrible communication with Vacasa

The room was wonderful! But the management company (Vacasa) is terrible. We checked out early bc of a hurricane, I let Vacasa know and was told “you’re early check out has been acknowledged” I get a texted the following day about checking out and said we already did. Was then told they have no record of us checking out early. I sent them screenshots is the texts saying our checkout was acknowledged, but was told sorry, they don’t have anything indicating an early checkout… basically it’s my fault whoever acknowledged our early check out made no note and now there is no proof of an early check out. Been getting the run around for 2 days now…

Great place to visit in Myrtle Beach

On our arrival we were greeted by Patricia who had just finished cleaning the apartment. It was spotless. We couldn’t have been happier with the unit. She let us know if we needed anything to come see her or the front desk. Great location, VERY FRIENDLY staff, a good restaurant down stairs with good service, food and reasonable prices. All the amenities we needed. Nothing short of a great visit and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a pleasurable experience to the area. One last thing, the beds were terrific!! Our sincere thanks to everyone for making our first visit to Myrtle Beach a memorable trip!! Mike P.

Good room for what we nedded

View from the room awesome, easy beach access, chairs and umbrella rental on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful, except for the rudest cleaning lady who was screaming that it's 10:04 and check out at 10 as we were making multiple trips after a week stay and lots of lagage and no carts available after a long search for one. She angerly stated that we need to get the carts very early...ahh how would we know? Room- clean, balcony from master bedroom has a small separate balcony that does not connect to main balcony (neither good or bad, just not what we expected from the pics) furniture new, kitchen appliances and baths cabinets are older but not impacted the vacation lol; fan in the hallway bath does not work (we did not call it in, I am sure it would of been fixed, but did not want to have repaired interrupt our stay); My niece flip flops were stolen on the beach, she should know better :-) Kitchen is not stacked up for real cooking. Plenty of hot tubs, easy access to beach, big pool area, and plenty of kids in them.

Wonderful

I need a large room for just one night and Bay Watch accommodated our family last min. I was not able to check in till late and when I arrived friendly staff greeted us and got us checked in quick. We had a 2br suit and it was wonderful. The room was clean and accommodating and the view was amazing. I was so sad that we were checking out the next morning. I can’t wait to return because I will be staying at Bay Watch and for more then one day.

BEST housekeeper EVER

Our housekeeper was Patrice. She busted her butt to get our room cleaned and turned over to us. She works hard daily and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. She was very courteous and provided us with anything we asked for. See you next year Patrice!!

Sooo Relaxing

Bay Watch Resort

Bay Watch is a beautiful resort with nice, clean rooms and many amenities. From making reservations to the checking out process the staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to bring my fur baby since it was mid October. Will definitely stay again.

Room could use updating, parking garage is tight compared to other places in NMB

Room could use updating, living room balcony door wouldn’t shut all the way to be locked, garbage disposal was hung up, and pull out sofa mattress needs replacement. Parking garage is tight when meeting other vehicles, other than those few things it was very family oriented and lots to still enjoy even on rainy days. First time staying here at this resort, may would stay again not a 100% though.

Baywatch week

Location.. that the lazy river was warm 🥰… that the hotel had a bar that served both drinks and food … had lots of variations to do lazy river, pools both inside and out, hot tubs or could just relax by the little kiddie pool … ice machines… covered parking garage
