## Neighborhood

In the neighborhood of Les Bréguières, close to shops and the beach, you will be at the best place to enjoy all the French Riviera animations. You will be 30 min away walking, from Marineland as well as the Old Antibes, or be able to discover the beautiful villages of Biot and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, located a few minutes away by car. At last, thanks to the station located just nearby, you will discover the mythical cities of Nice, Cannes or Monaco.

Biot train station → 5 min by car or 15 min on foot
Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport → 20 min by car
