Beachplace is a gated condominium with a variety of amenities including a long stretch encompassing 1,450 linear feet of the soft white sand beach. Chairs and Umbrellas are available for use. It also has a large pool , fitness center and 3 tennis courts. Town requirements are a 30 day rental and rentals are on a calendar month basis. Off-season may allow mid-month to mid-month. Washer/Dryer in unit. Two parking spaces included. One under cover and one outside.
The well-maintained and gorgeous grounds include the following amenities:
• 24 hour manned guard gate.
• Private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included
• Wi-Fi
• Lighted tennis courts
• Heated pool and hot tub
• Two state of the art fitness centers
• Air conditioned clubhouse
• BBQ gas grills by the pool.
Rental includes Cable tv, Wifi, parking, water and electric.
