About this property

Open living room/kitchen area with bar top and plenty of daylight. Modern kitchen stocked with everything you might need for yummy home cooking! Large dining table for a family meal, board games, or a puzzle.

Enjoy a morning coffee on the front porch, cozy up on the couch for a movie, sip a glass of wine at sunset on the beautiful back deck, or enjoy the pool (not heated) and grill out!

Spacious yard for your pets (you can skip a few walks and relax!)

Main bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bath with a standing shower. Guest bedroom with queen bed, and ample closet space.

Couch in living room pulls out for an additional twin bed.

2nd full bathroom with tub in hallway. Perfect for a relaxing, candle lit soak.

Backyard is perfect for your pets! Plenty of pre-chewed dog toys in the yard. Gifts from my dog- Laika, to yours.

Paved double driveway can fit 4/5 small cars packed tightly. Please do not park overflow in cul-de-sac, but instead park on Mohawk along open lot.

Explore the Pinellas trail just behind the house! Bike up to Dunedin and enjoy a coffee (Or a cold one. Or two. You're on a bike, after all). There is a beautiful beachfront walkway just outside the neighborhood at Edgewater Park.

$20/day pet fee applies. There is an upholstery cleaner in the garage in case of an accident. Otherwise, the property is deep cleaned after pet stays.

Good vibes

Our stay was for rest. The house was excellent for that purpose. An Oasis. Nadya is an excellent host. I recommend this house for people and pets!!!

Dead quiet at night

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this site. It was centrally located to whatever activities that we finally chose to do. Those activities were about a half hour away. We aren’t big beach people. The neighborhood is dead quiet at night. So, if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep this is it. We felt safe walking our dog here. The yard is lovely. Our dog spent a lot of time hunting for geckos. An improvement for the yard would be some lawn chairs. The outdoor seating in the photos realistically could seat three comfortably. If you wanted to sit anywhere else in the yard you had to take indoor chairs outside. I would say that sleeping 6 is pushing it. Two or four would be comfortable. The kitchen is fully loaded with whatever equipment you would need for cooking a meal. The dining area can seat 4 at the table with three more chairs at the bar.

Upon arrival we found the property to be in a less than desirable neighborhood. We also had a family emergency for which we unexpectedly had to make a two day drive home . We were unable to stay at all in the property.

Our stay was fine. No major issues. Checkout ran an hour behind, the yard was a bit overgrown, and the neighborhood was very busy the weekend of our stay. The home was as advertised. Nadya lives in the home when it is not rented so there is some shared space in areas (fridge/pantry/bathrooms/closets). There was no issues with any of that for our family, as we only stayed in town for the weekend. Commutation was easy. No issues with Wi-Fi or keypad getting in.

Awesome, as described property. Was actually better than the expected, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood exactly between downtown Dunedin and Clearwater Beach, perfect 2 and a bit mile Uber drive, bike or walk depending on time and your preference lol

Modern, comfortable, colorful

We really enjoyed our stay. Nadya is a great host that quickly responds to all questions. This 'smart home' is full of all the modern conveniences you could want in a vacation place. The house is on a cul-de-sac so it was quiet with no 'through' traffic. Our favorite part was the all the colorful lighting and features throughout the house. We didn't use the pool because the weather was a bit too cool, but it was very clean and ready to be used. It was nice just sitting on the deck enjoying the FL breezes every day. The house is conveniently located, only a few minutes drive to a variety of places. Highly recommend this lovely spot in Clearwater. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Fun at home!

This house is sooooo cute! They have a pool right off the deck that was loads of fun and very convenient to keep everyone together. We were minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and tourist areas.

Great location and amenities

House was a perfect getaway for our family. Everything was as expected and we had all the amenities available that we needed for a week. Location was fantastic as we went to a lot of places from Tampa to Dunedin to Johns Pass and all within 5-30 minute drive. Minutes to several beaches and activities. This was a great vacation and the owner communication was fantastic! Thank you.

Quiet location with a very dog friendly back yard.

Great back yard space for everyone to enjoy; especially, the fur babies. A very short ride to the 37+ mile Pinellas Trail for biking or running. No real issue with the property or the accommodations. if we are in the area would stay here again,

Short walk on the Penellas trail to Dunedin. Great place to stay.

this lhome was in right spot close to everything we visit aquariums close to historical Dunedin

Oh, what a mess!

Home was not properly cleaned before we arrived. Floors were dirty, mold in the master bathroom. Shower door not fitted properly, door didn't close all the way, so water leaked out. No curtain on bathroom window. Towels smelled. No washcloths. Nowhere to hang clothes in master bedroom. We had to wipe down the exterior refrigerator handles, they were dirty/sticky. We had never been to Clearwater before. Homes on this block we're unkempt. Didn't seem like a desirable area of town. No patio chairs on back deck, only one bench to sit on. Outside glass table had to be cleaned before we could use it. We contacted the owner, and she told us that she had personally cleaned the house before we arrived. She told us to go through VRBO, if it wasn't up to our standards. It wasn't.

Great place. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful property. Great for the dog although there are a lot of cats in the neighborhood so be careful. Suggest bringing your own towels and pillows. Couldn’t figure out the thermostat for the heat so a little cold but nothing that wasn’t fixed with the oven door open for a while and that was just twice in a week. TV was kind of hard to figure out but we were able to log into our own apps. Directions would be helpful next time. Well supplied, comfortable beds, nice outdoor area. We would definitely go back!

Definitely worth the stay.

We had a great time, although for FL it was chilly. Great spot close to beaches and had a welcome gift to boot! Our blue heeler enjoyed the toys left by the 4-legged owner.

Fun, Cozy Spot

This was a great little spot for our family stay. We were in town for a conference but the house was so welcoming it made us wish we could have just stayed in and enjoyed all of its perks! Close to the beaches, plenty to do all around. We had our 3 teenage boys with us and they were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway.

My small group loved this place; plenty of room, close to water and about 15 minutes to Clearwater beach. Would definitely stay again! Loved pool and porch outside
