The lake side of the house is all windows/sliding doors onto the huge 16'x42' deck. The water is crystal clear and the frontage is SAND and has a very gradual drop in depth to about 5 feet deep for quite a ways out. The house is about 125 ft from the waters edge planted with plush Kentucky blue grass, great for yard games (I supply cornhole, bad mitten, bocce ball, dart toss and pickle ball in the driveway). Boat and Wave Runner Rentals are available from a number of local companies. There is a space on the dock for a 24ft boat (June-Sept). I supply bed linens, pillows, blankets and hand/bath towels. Also included is kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, pots/pans, Spectrum Cable WiFI/TV and a Brother printer/scanner. I have a Samsung 85" Smart TV on each floor and Master Bedroom.
