About this property

Well-loved family home in Arrowhead Lake Community. Spacious "saltbox" style chalet that sleeps 10 comfortably in beds with a large 3 season room, a front deck, and a back deck to enjoy your stay. Large corner property surrounded by trees. Enjoy your day on the beach or walk 2 blocks down to (heated) Choctaw pool. Come back and make a family dinner in the fully stocked kitchen or on the gas grill. Sit around the fire pit in the evenings. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, and Sling on the large living room TV.

**Cornhole, sand toys, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 4 bikes (2adult,2child) provided for guest use.**
There is a container of toys for the kids to play with. It is located in the laundry room.

Things Guests Should Know: (please read fully)

*Like most homes in the Poconos, we do not have A/C in our home (but we do have a fabulous stone fireplace!)

*Washer and Dryer* available for guest use.

*Items Supplied: Propane for the gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, pillows, and comforters.

*SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. In order to keep the cleaning fees down for guests, linens will not be provided. Please refer to the list of beds to bring along the appropriate bedding. Items can also be rented through Pocono Linens online.

* Amenities include community pools, a pool room with 3 pool tables, basketball courts, tennis courts, a fitness center, children's playgrounds, and a party room available for rent for special occasions!

* Furry friends are welcome for an additional fee. Small/Medium dogs. $50 per weekend/per dog (2 max) $100 per week per dog

Temporary Membership Fee
The temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and over.
Year-Round Temporary Membership Fee: $6 per person per day.
Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Registration Fee: $35
* Registration MUST be completed within 3 days of arrival or entry will not be permitted by the Community.
-Upon arrival, you will stop at the main gate/welcome center to pick up your gate cards and wristbands.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

For security purposes, we do have outdoor cameras that face away from the house. This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when we have no renters.

Very Nice!

I stayed here with family for an extended weekend, and it was amazing. Very detail oriented, from providing cooking utensils to board games. We all loved the house!

A nice getaway

My husbands family hadn’t been on a vacation together in years. This was the perfect place to spend some quality time. We enjoyed a nice fire, the community was quiet and had a lot to offer, and our host was very accommodating!!

Comfy & Cozy

Home is exactly as described, very cozy & really liked enclosed back porch! Note: Beds in bedrooms are super high & I did travel with 2 elderly family members who could not climb on them, they had to sleep in the lift area with no privacy. Mattresses are very very comfortable! Curtains in rooms are very sheer so extremely bright very early in the morning. House is great would definitely recommend! Note: Extra community fees which are pretty high & community didn’t really offer anything during our stay, the events that were available required additional fees….not worth the extra fees unless you’re going in the summer to enjoy pool/lake! This was MY oversight, I didn’t realize all these extra charges until after I booked….not Catherine’s fault but mine, she does list all these extras , I just assumed they were included in the “details” of price that VRBO shows. Dish washer was not working so had to do a lot of dishes all weekend….neighborhood is great for walking!!!

Cozy cottage

Clean cozy place. Nice lounging area out back for grilling and enjoying the campfire. Game room for playing. Large livingroom to relax and wind down.
