It is composed of a nice living room of 120 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 000 m². The ground floor accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 120 m² with TV, sitting area and fireplace (wood can be provided on request)

One of the bedrooms is slightly elevated and accessible by stairs

- A beautiful south-facing garden of 3,000 m² directly overlooking the Barbaroux golf course. Fenced and secured area with automatic gate, only the part facing the golf course is not fenced. The space is entirely private, garden furniture is available as well as deckchairs.

- A private heated swimming pool (2.5m X 4m X 1.4m in depth), open from April to the end of October

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house, outside, which can accommodate 4 to 6 vehicles of any type. The place is secure.
