Why they chose this property
The villa is located above Marathon bay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and has a scenic view of the Saronic Gulf. The settlement of Marathon has a few other villas, therefore you'll have a sense of tranquility and privacy. The distance from the port is 5 km, a 10 minute ride by car. Marathon beach and the market is 7-10 minutes away on foot. We suggest visiting, Temple of Aphaia, an archaeological site on the north of the island, Perdika village a traditional settlement on the south and take the ferry to Moni island and spend a few hours on its beach.
