All the bedding in the apartment was renewed in October 2023.

Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Saint-Ouen, such as the antique market (the famous "Puces de Saint-Ouen"), the Seine, and many good restaurants scattered in the area.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa bed and a TV, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day of sightseeing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal. If you wish to dine in, there's also a dining table for four available.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed adorned with hotel-quality linens and offers ample storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

Saint Ouen is a vibrant and eclectic suburb of Paris that offers a unique mix of attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The park Roger Salengro is an excellent spot for a picnic or a game of frisbee, and the Grand Parc des Docks is a fantastic place to take a walk or go for a jog. The Paris Flea Market is one of the world's largest and most famous flea markets, and Square Epinettes is an excellent place to watch people. The Église Notre-Dame du Rosaire is a beautiful church with a stunning rose window, and ART42 - Musée d'art Urbain is a must-see for art lovers. The Château De Saint-Ouen is a lovely castle home to the Paris Pinball Museum, and Mairie de Saint-Ouen is the city hall. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in Saint Ouen, including O'Papa restaurant, Bistrot La Renaissance, Mains d'Œuvres, and Mekong Restaurant. And for coffee lovers, Café Hôtel de l'Avenir is the perfect spot to relax and take a break.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Stations: Garibaldi (line 13), Saint-Ouen (line 14), Saint-Ouen (RER C), Porte de Saint-Ouen (Tramway T3).

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
