Blue Surf 19 is located in a prime location, just steps from the beach! The beach access is conveniently located just across the street from the property. It is also very convenient to walk to Pompano Joe's or Caption Dave's for a drink or a quick bite or walk over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than three miles from Blue Surf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, Uncle Buck's Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you have some great options: Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, Surf Hut, 790 on the Gulf and Camille's. Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. Lacks in General Maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is wonderful, and the condo community is very well maintained. I wish I could say the same for the unit we rented. There were several lightbulbs burnt out through out the unit. For example, only 1 of 6 bulbs worked over the dining table. An outside light is hanging by wires. The kitchen sink gurgles due to no plumbing trap installed. I believe this is a serious safety issue since sewer gas is likely present. The handle on the sliding door is broken with sharp edges. This was noted in a previous review from another renter in November of 2022. The general appearance of the unit reminded me of a hotel room that is 5 years overdue for a remodel. I did not feel the need to contact the management company since they have cleaners in the unit on a regular basis. While we enjoyed the location, we will not be staying in the unit again. Since this was our first rental with Beach Bums, I’m not sure if they are the issue, or the actual owners are.

Perfect Location!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4 and 2 other family members. It was very clean and the host was very responsive. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach or Pompano Joes. This will be our future spot for sure!
