About this property

Beautiful Family Villa, sleeping up to 10 people, with 2 master bedrooms upstairs, plus 2 Twin bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, and the additional Queen Bedroom on the ground floor, with adjacent bathroom.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Both King Master bedrooms have access to a balcony which overlooks the south facing pool deck with Pool and Spa. These may be heated at an extra charge to be arranged at the time of booking. Baby items can be hired and prearranged.

Property has 2 family rooms to relax in, a formal dining area and full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Towels & Linens are provided and guests are kindly requested to observe the No Smoking and Pet Free policy in this home.
Evidence of either will be charged to the outgoing guest once the management have completed their departure inspection.

Accidental Damages will be chargeable and guests are advised to take up the property protection fee with VRBO.

The garage is not accessible due to the owners vehicle being stored but there is driveway space to park 2 normal sized vehicles side by side. There is a towing policy in place by the HOA and any vehicles parked on the road after 12.00 midnight will be towed.

Great Vaca!

This house was everything the pictures show and then some! Very clean, a ton of space, beautiful pool and hot tub! Every little detail was thought of here. We loved every minute of our vacation and will definitely return if given the chance :)

House price and amenities

This house was almost identical to a house that I stayed in previously at The Shire. The problem is that the price was twice the amount of that house. It was very hot in the house the entire time we were there. I literally sweated my entire stay inside the home. There was urine stains on the mattress but there was a stress pad to cover them. Overall the house was a nice place, although I definitely do not think it was worth the price though.

Air not working for two days. After several trips we get air. Ice maker did not work. Heater on hot tub nit working 1st night. Frame on king bed in master bedroom broken. It’s a beautiful house. Has some issues.

Perfect 10

This was the perfect house for our party of 10. The house was clean, neat, had plenty of towels, and kitchenware items. There’s a lot of love put in this home with great decor. I would have included blankets because it gets cold at night, we didn’t want to sleep under the nice quilts because they will show wear after too much use. The only flaw was the water didn’t get hot enough for showers or baths it was warm but not hot. Overall an amazing place to stay and I would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality.
